Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Kasso account and what happens to your data. It applies to accounts created with Email, Apple, or Google sign-in.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

The fastest way is directly inside the app:

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address linked to your account at [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify ownership and process the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

What was never stored on our servers

Your financial data — transactions, amounts, merchants, categories, budgets — is encrypted and stored only on your device. It is erased from your device when you confirm deletion in the app and was never held on our servers.

What is not deleted automatically

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions directly in the App Store or Google Play.
